Its primary brief involves private-law aspects of contract development, risk-management, letters and certificates of guarantee, and quality assurance in building projects and real-estate transactions. The faculty itself fills this part-time chair (0.3 FTE - 0.2 external financing, complemented with 0.1 FTE financed through direct funding).
